What's up? (About Me)

Well I'm going to try this again. My last blog was forgotten about and even though I bought a custom domain, it doesn't exist anymore. Weird, I know!

So I'm Joe, 20 years old and I currently (though not for much longer) live in Marietta, Pennsylvania. I'll try to keep this short and sweet, but I'm terrible with that kind of stuff!

I'm in a very happy and very committed relationship of 2 years with my partner Ryan. Not to be one of those people, but he means the world to me. We've been through a lot together and we're still going strong! So much so that we're going to test the relationship strength by moving almost 300 miles away from our hometown(s) and begin to lay the building blocks of what will be our new life.

Now about me, because let's be honest that's what's important! I'm one of those people that are just generally fun to be around. Not to do any self horn tooting, but I'm pretty awesome. My general interests could be eclectic for most. My nerdy side loves video games, cheesy movies and gadgets of all types. My man side loves motorcycles,  cars and outdoors activities. I was an avid hunter for years. My gay side however is a huge fan of Musicals and RomComs. I also love to cook and love music of all varieties.

A few months back I was actually in a pretty bad motorcycle accident. I can't talk much about that yet (legal issues), but I was pretty banged up and spent some time in hospital and then rehab. My baby was K.I.A, R.I.P Ksenia 04/30/2013.

Right before that I had quit my job at Weis Markets (horrible place, don't ever go there!) and was currently looking for a new job. So sadly I've been unemployed sine mid April. I was starting to look for jobs around Lancaster again, when my good friends (that's an understatement, my second family) suggested I look in Connecticut rather that here. So after talking to Ryan, and getting a living arrangement situated that's exactly what I decided to do. So sometime in mid-September Ryan and myself will be officially residents of CT, rather than PA. It may be trading one shit hole for another, but I rather like it up there.

Basically I plan to use this blog to put all of my thoughts in one place, in a semi-organized manner. Hopefully.
